Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Ximple Ltd (“Ximple”, “we”, “us”) uses the personal data you give us through this website. Ximple Ltd is the data controller. Company No. 17347016. Contact: info@ximple.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: organisation, phone number, area of interest, your message and, if you request a call, your preferred day and time. If you give feedback on a design in our showroom, we collect your rating, comments and any contact details you provide.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold any call you request, and keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it for us

Enquiries are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox and recorded in our customer records system, which is hosted by Supabase. The website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep what is needed for that relationship.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@ximple.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
